Another question for resale purchasers

When you finally found your perfect contract(s), how did you find it? Did you see it in an email sent from a broker? Find it on a broker website? Were you in contact with a broker before you found it?

We're looking to buy (hopefully very soon) and I want to maximize our success at getting a great deal on our perfect contract.

Hi,

We found our contract by checking the "big 3" listings almost daily. It was prior to 3/20 so tons to choose from but we found our 'perfect' contract through fidelity.

We're waiting to close on 142 SSR points, with April Use year which I wanted most. We originally were looking at 100 points, found this contract made a low offer and it was accepted.

I too just kept checking listing on line, there are 4 we would check. Also I would for sure get on all of their e-mail list. You can also let them know WHAT you are looking for so they can possibly put you on a list. It seems to me that Fidelity does not update their listings that often. The last time it was updated was 4/1/2011. Good luck
