Another question about storing luggage

If we are checking out on a Sunday, but plan on spending the day in a park before leaving the grounds, will a value resort hold our luggage and allow us to pick it up in the late afternoon / early evening? I would hate to leave everything in our car for the day.

Yes... all the resorts have a luggage room, just let them know you need to have it stored.
