Another PotC Thread . . . but WDW

I KNOW I read somewhere on this EXPANSIVE board that PotC was going to be Rehabed. I saw the article about the DL version being rehabed, but I was SURE I saw something about WDW version ALSO being rehabed. Can someone help me out here? I am SO confused. I tried to do a search for the thread I thought (know!) I saw, but I can't find it. I also looked at other sources for rehab schedules, but don't see PotC WDW on there. Can someone set me straight? (I knew you could!)

I know someone who works in the shops at WDW, and he told me the refurb dates would be April 24-July 4, 2006.

Among other, more minor, changes, the last (treasure) scene is supposed to be gutted and replaced with a Jack Sparrow AA talking with a parrot.

Why would they choose to do this rehab in their busiest months? Right when the sequel comes out besides.

That's my question EXACTLY!!! We're going whether or not POC is up and running, but it's one of our favorites and will be missed this time around. Oh well, so goes (a pirate's) life!!!

The sequel debuts 7/7/2006. The treasure room already has a change.

As your boat rounds the corner to approach the treasure room there is an armory back in the left corner filled with muskets and shots. If was there before; I missed it for 23 years. . . .
