Arrived last Wed. on Northwest at around 1pm. Found our way to ME counter very easily. Checked in in less than 3 minutes. Loaded onto a bus just a few more minutes after that. Waited probably 15 - 20 minutes as bus filled up. No videos playing - in fact when we boarded bus, Rod Stewart's "Tonight's the Night" was playing on the radio (C'mon, kids, everyone sing..."tonight's the night...."). We had radio all the way to resort.
First stop was PO-FQ. We arrived at Riverside at about 2:15. By 2:30 we were on our way to our room. We settled in just a bit then went to food court. We went back to room and I called to check on bags - they were on their way. As we left for Epcot at 4:30, we saw a golf cart go by with our luggage.
We had a 6:30am return flight. We were told to be at the front 15 minutes before our scheduled pick up time of 3:25am. YIKES!! We decided to have most of our luggage picked up the night before like about 9:45pm so we wouldn't be fussing over that the next morning. Good move as bell services is closed that early in the morning and we would have to wait for someone to come get them - whenever that would be. So next morning at 3am we slosh (it was raining) to the front and someone pulled our bags out of storage. Bus was prompt and we picked up another family from Carribean Beach and arrived at airport by 3:45am. Since we were not one of the airlines that could check in at resort, we couldn't check in until 5am, so my kids slept on the floor at airport for over an hour. I think they should relax the early wake up call to maybe 2 hours when you're not even able to check in until 5am.
Nonetheless, a very efficient service for us. And definitely would use this service again.
