Another Poly concierge convert

Okay, we're back... boo hoo!

It was a GREAT trip. We ~loved~ the Poly concierge and I would be happy to answer any & all questions.

I will post later about the rides, attractions, etc., but here are some Poly highlights:

A superb continental breakfast, which saved us lots of $$ on character breakfasts (we did lunches/dinners insrtead, except for one at 'Ohana's)

Very yummy cookies & desserts.

Great turndown service.

A beautiful view of the castle and the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.

Great pool.

Wonderful staff, including Reservationist Tara, Concierge Lucianno, Chef Dick and servers Kuulei and Ivette. (Note that these are the people with whom we spent the most time, but everyone was great.)

I would highly recommend the Poly and especially the concierge service. We cannot wait to go back.

I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed yourselves.I've stayed at the Poly several times but this will be my first time concierge.I can't wait.I have to take medication late at night.Did they allow you to bring some water and maybe a snack back to your room for later or should I buy something?Thanks
