Another planning question please - do ALL rides have FOTL access?

Hi. I'm just curious about this as we will be doing more kiddie rides and NOT the giant coasters. Does everything have FOTL - like ET, or the Seuss landing rides?

The only attraction where Express passes are not honored is Pteranodon Flyers at IOA.
