Another photopass cd preorder question

Hello, I apologize for asking yet another question about pre-ordering the photopass cd, but I did a search and I couldn't find the answer to my question so I was hoping someone might know!

I'm leaving to go to WDW on Friday so I want to pre-order the cd, but I'm just wondering, how much does it cost? I know it's $99, but is there tax or shipping you have to pay for now, when you pre-order it? If so, how much is everything total? Or is it just a flat $99?

the pre-order is only $99.
When you get home and create your cd, it is at that point you pay the shipping fees (which if I remember correctly is about $6.00).
