Another photo pass question???

Is it possible to have more than one card to be used for photo pass +?

Do you usually have to ask or a special character picture where they add Disney clip art? We spent a week there aug2012, got lots of pics taken, never offered "special pic" by the photographers


Is it worth the extra$$$$

I don't believe it is possible to have more than one card for photopass + not from what I've read on here or the Disney website. The "magic" shots can be taken by any photopass photographer with a tripod I believe. Sometimes you just have to ask them!

Unless things have changed in the past couple years yes you can add more than one card to the photopass as long as it is from the same trip. I have a habit of forgetting mine in the room and have never had an issue entering multiple cards when I got home to be included on my photopass cd. I like that we have family pictures with everyone in it ad can add borders when we get home. The special pictures are just luck of the draw.

You only get one PhotoPass+ card. You can add as many regular PhotoPass cards (which are the ones you get from the photographers) as you like.

You can only have one PP+ card. You can add additional regular PP cards to the same account. The only times that this would be a problem is with the character meals or with ride photos (if family members are at different locations at the same time). I am not sure of the time limit, but after a ride photo is taken there is an amount of time you have that you can go back and add that photo to the PP+ (when we went we did the child swap and I would ride the second time and add both pictures from the ride at that time, instead of adding them after each ride). If you do that, you just need to know the number of the ride photo that needs to be added.

You can have more than 1 card to photopass+. The only thing with that, if you are adding 'regular' photopass cards, you cannot have the ride pics put onto that card. The only person who can get ride/dining photos, is the person holding the + card. BUT, at the end of the day, you can add regular cards to it.

If you aren't offered a 'special' picture, ask the photographer if they are able to do them for you. I had a couple offer, I asked some as well. And they do not have to have a tripod. I had a lovely gentleman in AK do the Simba photo for me, with no tripod. As well, the balloon photo at HS, with no tripod.

Don't be worried about asking. They will happily do them for you

The magic shots can be done by those WITHOUT tripods (at least that's what we were told).

Don't forget that you get the character dining photos (prints and digital) included with the Photopass + card.

Are we too late to pre-order photo pass+. We leave for our trip June 14th, but won't be at Disney until June 18th.

I believe you can add it right up until you leave. They will just give you the photopass+ card when you check into your resort.

The Photopass+ preorder must be purchased at least 14 days prior to your trip. You should be okay if you do it today. Most people receive it within 8-10 days of ordering. And there are only certain places you can exchange your voucher for the + card. The list can be found here...

The regular Photopass can be done right before your trip. It just has to be done before the first photo is taken.
