ok, so after I went to a local festival this weekend with my DS (1.5yrs) I am freaking about what to pack and which stroller to bring to WDW.

I have a really lightweight Peg Perego aria (older model) that I thought would be perfect as it's only about 10 lbs and folds up so small. It has a smack tray for DS which I feel is important. However, I used it this past weekend at a local festival and it stunk! It has no back pocket and the cup holders were annoying. I had the diaper bag hung from the handels but it was hard to get inside it.
My other options are a heavy and bulky evenflo stroller or my BRU jogging stroller which is also bulky and I'd worry about the inflatable tires. I also have a Chicco capri but it has no snack tray or cupholders at all and is too short for DH to push (I know I'm a stroller junky!)

We are renting a car so I guess the bulkiness of the evenflo won't matter too much as we won't be relying on WDW busses. My ?? is can anyone recommend any stroller enhancements for my Peg Perego such as stroller bags or cupholders to make that one easier to deal with?

I know I'm going against what all the other DISers are going to tell you... but I'm bringing my bulky Graco. It's got a tray, cupholders for us and DD, and storage, storage, storage! I'd rather struggle a little getting on and off the bus than struggle all day with cups and packages. :confused3

I guess we'll see how it works! GL in whatever you decide!

Thanks Kim. Maybe I"ll check in when you get back and see how you do with the Graco ;) ! Maybe I'll decide to bring my evenflo.

We've always just brought our umbrella strollers. They are small and easy to manuver in big crowds. I'd love to know how many miles we've put on those things. I think they were both $7.99. DH and I agree it was the best buy we've ever made. (This will be our 4th Disney trip with the umbrella strollers...Sturdy little buggers!)

My DS will turn 5 on our trip to DL in a few days and I bring my Baby Jogger single. Yes, it is big and bulky, but it steers like a dream- more than makes up for the few times I have to carry it. Also, when my son was younger I brought my Graco Quatro- great tray, great steering, super basket... The time spent in the parks wheeling strollers around greatly surpasses the amount of time the stroller needs to be lugged around. I had an Aria- ok for a quick zip around the mall, but heck for longer trips. Those little wheels are real workout for the upper body and maneuverability in crowds was the pits.

Good luck with whatever you choose!!!!:teacher:
