This will be my first time attending OBB. Is the process of getting tickets as scary as some YouTube videos make it out to be? Lol...I just need to know the process. I plan on logging on to multiple devices a little before the hour that tickets go on sale to the general public. My question is, do I click on Special Event tickets, click on Oogie Boogie Bash, then am I put in a waiting room before being put in the virtual que?

In the past it was truly an bad experience but now I think they have made it a little better. Or so many people have had such a bad experience with the process they have just given up on it altogether. Just make sure the operating system on your device is compatible with Disney’s awful software program. One year I was using 5 different devices when sales went live but Disney’s software didn’t like the version of safari operating system my MacBook Air was using so I was unable to purchase and the system kicked me out. At that point I just gave up on it all and haven’t tried again. Sometimes Disney makes it really hard to like them. Good luck and I hope it all goes well for you.

Operating system? I'm confused. I'm not a computer person at all. So far I plan on using my Android phone, which I've purchased both tickets and vacation packages on, my lap top which I've bought tickets on before, my husband 's computer, I can't imagine giving it trouble, and hopefully borrow a few cell phones with the Disney app download on them.

They've got the terminology confused. What they're calling an "operating system" is the browser.

Ok, I get it now. Thanks. If some of the devices I'll be using are cell phones, does it make a difference if I use the app or go directly on their website?
