Yes they do, we stayed in a second floor pool view unit this past March and they have a little balcony off of the bedroom area

I know the 1 and 2 bedrooms do, not sure about the studios. ourlaughingplace.com shows the balconies to only be in a 1 bedroom or larger. I know we had one 5 years ago, but we were in a 2 bedroom. Maybe the older units have those, but the newer ones may not.

laughingplace.com is not correct.

There are 2 types of 2 bedrooms at OKW.
The first kind is a dedicated 2 bedroom. That one has one balcony, which has a door from the Master bedroom and the living room. There is not a balcony in the 'studio' part of that room. If you are renting a studio, you won't get a 2 bedroom dedicated because it can only be rented as a 2 bedroom unit.

The second kind is a "lock-off". It is made up of a studio and a one bedroom unit with a connecting door between them that can be open to use it as a 2 bedroom unit. If the connecting door is locked, it can be rented as a 1 bedroom and a studio. Both the one bedroom part and the studio part have balconies.

You can see that on this DVC page. I can't get the 360 tour to play, but here is the floor plan for the studio. The purple square at the top is the porch.

When you look at the plan for the 2 bedroom unit, the studio part is at the bottom of the plan. You can see a place where the black outline ends - that'd where the porch would be on a lock off.
