Sorry, you'd think I'd know this by now. If I book a placeholder for the NOL Cruise today and then when we go on our upcoming cruise this Feb,can I rebook it for the same rate plus get the 10% off ?
 
Nevermind lol my TA just explained it. I thought my plan sounded like a great deal!!!

Just to clear it up for others - when you reshop onboard, the discounts are taken on the prevailing price (how much the cruise costs THAT DAY), not on the price of the original booking. You need to figure out if the discount off a higher price is still less than the original booking cost for this to work.

Also, if you're booking a specific date you're not booking a placeholder. A placeholder is something you book onboard if you don't know when you're cruising again.
