Another November ?

Don't hate me LOL We are going Nove 1 to 7th. Is this week the crowded week everyone is talking about?Id really like to avoid crowds since we have a 5yo and 1yo.

Do you mean NJ week? Not sure when that is. We're also going during that same exact time (and we have a 5 yr old too) and we're meeting friends from NJ so it might be? But, we were there the same time in 2000 and didn't find the crowds bad. The weather was gorgeous. I'm sure it'll be more crowded over the Veteran's Day holiday (the following week).

You will probably be fine. You will be leaving right before the Super Soap weekend. It might get alittle more crowded at the end of your stay. The Food and Wine festival is going on, but "Jersey week" I believe is the week of the 9th as well as some golf tournament.

We are going to be there Oct 30th - Nov 10th, My kids are off school all but Oct 30th - 31st (we are leaving after school the 30th) and Nov 10th. They will also be off the 11th but I didn't know that until after we bought the airline tickets. This is NJ week as many schools have many of these days off. We have never had the entire week off before, usually it is Tues for Election Day, and Thursday and Friday for Teachers convention, and Labor Day. We have been there this time of year before and it is busier then other off season times, and about 1 of 2 people there seems to be from NJ, but it was never that bad. I went with my sisters and my then 8 1/2 month old. And we have gone when my two were 1 and 5. I think we went that time one other time not sure. Now they will be 6 and 10. Enjoy.
