We just got back Sunday night and loved it!!! I faxed in a room request and got exactly what I wanted, not to mention things that I didn't even ask for, but the room assignor must have picked up on in my request, i.e. put us in an awesome room location for my two small kids.
We got there around 7:00 at night and was the only one in line to check in - wasn't really expecting my room requests to be filled as we were so late checking in - but was pleasantly surprised when she started circling our room location to see that they were. I was checked in and ready to go in less than 5 minutes.
What I've heard rumored about parking in the 80's parking lot if you're staying in the 70's building is SOOO true. We parked in 70's, got lost finding our room
(my fault, not the resort's), and once I got to the room, I realized I had not left the parking receipt on the dash. I re-parked in the 80's parking and walked straight to my room with no problem! Even had I not got lost in the beginning, it still would have been a shorter walk from the 80's parking lot.
My only complaint, and this was not the resort's fault, was due to our noisy neighbor next door. While we never heard bathrooms, conversations, etc., they would get back very late - well, 11:00 is very late when I have two small kiddos - and leave the door latch in place so the door wouldn't lock while they ran back and forth, coke machine, ice machine, pool, whatever they were doing. But everytime their door hit the latch, it made a very loud BUM BUM BUMMMM!!!! This went on every few minutes until 12:30. My kids slept through it - thank goodness! - but 6:30 came way too early for me the next morning! My mom went to the ice machine the next morning, and I told her, just make sure you leave the door latch out and open the door about 20 times!
