I would continue the pregnancy because you never know what the outcome would be, although an educated guess would be probably correct. Who knows. My parents friends had a baby boy with Trisomy 18, and he lived for 4.5 months....the MD's said he wouldn't come out of the hospital alive. So, anything is possible.

It would be totally sad, but to put a baby through a short life like that would be horrible. I would do everything possible to have healthy orgamns to be donated to other childern in need.

I dont know. I mean i don't think i would i would abort, because the advances in medical science are amazing. Plus they aren't always right! I work with disabled children, and they are all so magical and special. I couldn't bear to think that i could of had a child who even had part of a life, rather than killing it completely.

Then again i have been very pro-choice for a long time, but i know that in my heart of hearts if i got pregnant now, i would never be able to give them up, even if they were really ill.
