Another ME question

How late do the ME buses run. I was considering staying at the airport Hyatt the night before we leave so we only have to get up at 7am for or 9 am flight, rather than having to get up around 5am and be at ME around 6am. Of course, I would want to spend as much time our last full day, in one of the parks or DTD, so I was thinking of just telling them we have a midnight flight, that way our scheduled pickup time would be around 9pm.

We won't be using resort check in because we fly Spirit.

Is this possible?
