Another ME question...........

I have called the central reservation center and gave them my flight info. On my reservation paperwork it has the flight number but as for the carrier it say unknown.... should I call back and correct them? Also when should I expect ME passes?

Not necessary to call, but you can if you want. As far as I know, flight numbers are unique to each airline - so, for example, Southwest and Delta won't both have a flight 8152, at least not between the same two airports.
You should be getting your DME tags about three weeks before your trip.
