I'm hoping someone here can answer this as it is a 40 minute wait to speak to IT right now. Our bands are all customized and ready to ship soon. However somehow my DS's PAP has been linked to DH now. Will DS still get a customized band and will his pass be linked to it when they get the problem fixed? Or is he going to be stuck with a gray one at check in? We are 29 days from arrival but have called four times concerning this and nothing seems to get corrected. Also we cannot make any FP+ selections because it states that he doesn't have a valid admission ticket. Will any selections we make after these issues are resolved automatically link to our bands even though we already have them here at home?
