For the life of me I can't figure out the following sequence, and it's driving me crazy.

The sequence is 3, 6, 7, -2...

Can anyone figure out what the nth term is?

3, 6, 7, -2, 1, 4, 5, -4, -1, 2, 3, -6, -3, 0, 3, 4, -5, -2, 1, 4, 5, -4 repeating from -2.
