I know, it's a test program and there's going to be a few glitches...but after several attempts to link our park hoppers and a few hours either on hold or talking with reps trying to unlink them from one account into the proper account, the magic just isn't in the bands for us. The truly disappointing thing is how the customer service folks are either not equipped with the tools to fix the issue, or downright rude when trying to push us off the phone. I've never, ever had such a poor experience dealing with Disney, this coming trip being our eighth, or as a DVCMember.
