Another ILL$ question

Hi, I am booking a Swan Package with COSTCO. The agent is insisting that I have to buy Genie + to purchase ILL$ for Rise of the Resistance. My plan was to buy Hoppers, book different parks but try to buy RoR everyday for after 2p. I can do that from Swan without Genie+ correct? Can’t I also buy Genie+ the night before AK day only? The agent said all or nothing.

The agent is wrong. You do not need G+ for ILL$. You can purchase only the days you want, you do not have to purchase for every day. As a Swan guest, you can purchase G+ anytime after midnight the night before the park where you want to use it. You can make your first G+ selection and book ILL$ at 7am.

I didn't book a package through Costco, but can share my experience with ILL back in November. I did not have Genie+ and was not on property. I was able to purchase ILL through the app at the time the park opened to the public. In my case, it was tickets for Remy in Epcot. Wasn't able to purchase until 10am.

Also- in theory, you can choose your return time for ILL$ attractions likes RotR. You don't need to park hop to ensure a time after 2pm.
