You'll appreciate the 11 month booking advantage at BCV. It's a small resort and fills up quickly at certain times of the year. We own at BCV and BLT -- alternate stays or do split stays. Love this combination!

This is exactly what I am thinking. We usually have a couple of long weekends in the fall. I am thinking about booking a long weekend at the end of October/early November next year. Hopefully, things fall into place and I can do that.

I have a few questions, if anyone can help. The contract has a June use year. It come with points from 2015 and I am paying for the dues at closing. Will I then have dues due in January? That is what I am thinking, but I want to be sure.

Then I want to book a trip for June 2016. Since I will have June 2015 points, I will need to bank those, in order to use them for June 2016, right? Then I can use my 2016 points for a trip in October (I am dreaming about going twice next year). Or I will bank my 2016 points to use in 2017.
