Looks like we "might" be able to make it down to Orlando for spring break after all. My dad and step mom have a timeshare and will be joining us/providing our accomations.
They have interval international.
I'm looking for a timeshare that will be a good match for all of us. Not sure if we'll be making it to WDW or not, if we do, it would probably be a day or two.

It will be me, 5 year old (at the time) DD, 12 y.o. DS, 10 y.o. DS, My Dad and step-mom (late 50's and early 60's), DH and I.

Kids want pool. A "fun" pool is preferrable. For the kids, waterslide would be the best, though not required.
Kids activities would be a bonus.
Nana would prefer good "space" for all of us.
Papa would like convenient golf.
I want clean and safe.
Pool bar/snack bar/cafe would be a bonus.

Of all of the above, I have to say I think the Kid's stuff is probably the most important, as they will be the most vocal about not having fun, thus making the rest of us miserable.

Here is the link to interval's Orlando options, but most of them are included.

Thanks for your input!

Here's the ones I would go with:

Dinsey's Boardwalk Villas
Disney's Beach Club Villas
Cypress Point Grand Villas
Cypress Point Resort
Disney's Old Keywest Resort

If this is during the time period that DVC calls "premiere" (check the points charts on the DVC board to see), then no DVC units will be available via II. The DVC does not deposit units during "premiere" season into II.

I'd go for a Marriott. Others here can probably give you the low-down on the differences between the Marriott resorts available. Horizons by marriott is popular with familes that have younger kids. To get a decent-sized unit, your parents may need to do an ongoing search. Perhaps II could tell them whether what the resort they own will qualify for a trade to a nice Marriott unit.

Cypress Pointe is a nice resort, but most of their inventory goes to RCI because their current management has a partnership with RCI. I mostly see smaller Cypress Pointe units in II.

Hi, all. thanks for the feedback.
Step-mom got Cypress Harbor by Marriott yesterday morning. 3/29-4/5. We're very excited. Any feedback you have re: them would be greatly appreciated.
