We flew down to Orlando on April 22nd. Some credit card machines weren't working properly to purchase the in flight movies. So what did they do? They let everyone watch a movie for FREE!!! My kids were so excited they got to watch Night at the Museum on the way down. The flight was on time and everything was perfect! On our way home on the 27th our flight was delayed about an hour. Not too bad and we had a great flight. Well, I checked my email today and they issued a $25 credit for each of us for the trouble! How cool was that! It is to be used on another flight with them but that's not a problem because we plan on always using them!!

Wow, thanks for sharing!
I love Jet Blue:thumbsup2
Just 22 more days and I'll be flying with them again!
Just waiting on their December fares and then I'll be flying with them again!

Desnik, thanks for that report, we'll be flying JetBlue out of Boston for the first time in Sept. and are really looking forward to it. We always fly SW out of Providence, but when the Sept. fares came out and were so high, we decided to drive the 45 minutes to Boston and give JetBlue a shot. Now we are excited about it and your post makes us even feel better about our decision!!!

Just a little info, on our way home from WDW in March on SW, the plane is barreling down the runway and just 2 seconds after takeoff the back of my seat snaps and my head lands in the lap of the lady sitting behind me. We were in the very first row, myself my DW and 5 mo DS, and the flight attendent was looking right at me when it happened. I said to her that I didn't do anything and she said I know you didn't I was looking right at you. Well the seatback wouldn't lock back into place and I had to sit in an empty seat away from DW and DS. I was surprised that SW didn't offer me anything because of what happened. If they had the wrong person sitting in that seat they may have claimed they hurt their back or neck or something, but I just moved and wasn't looking for anything, but was just surprised they didn't offer.

After flying JB for the first time last month from Portland,Oregon to New York we will try to avoid flying any other airline, their the best!

Wait, you have to BUY the movies on JetBlue? I thought that was a free perk :confused3

There are a bunch of channels that are free (ESPN, Nick, Cartoon Network, CNN, etc...), but you do have to pay for premium movies. I think it was $5 last October.

Another fan of Jetblue. I love that airline and haven't flown with anyone else for a long time now. Their customer service is great both on the planes and on the phones. The seats are comfortable, the tv's are great, the prices are reasonable if not downright cheap at times.
It would take a lot for my family to fly anything other than Jetblue. :thumbsup2
