Another FP+ question

Hoping someone can help me with some clarification for booking FP+.

I am trying to book FP+ for 5-7 people each day. I would like to get A&E for one day if possible, but would be ok if only 2 or 3 people get FP+ for this as most people wouldn't care about going. What is the best way to book this or try to book it since I don't need it for my whole party?

Should I pick the 2 or 3 people who I want to get this FP+ and book their whole day first then go back and book everyone else? Or do I book all the other fastpasses and then go back and change 2/3, I feel like the first way is better. With the exception of Sorain I don't think any of my other FP's are that hard to get. I will not be heart broken if I don't get A&E but I would like to at least try and improve my chances.
