in Addition to my many other dislikes about this program...(there are many) there is this. (and I'm sure this is intentional on Disneys part) Say I have a 10 day ticket, but I am staying for 14 days (it happened,we got snowed in) so we want to make FP+ for 10 days...but then later in the trip, start trying to rearrange park choices or FP+. Well guess what, if I make fp+ on Sunday for one park, then I don't end up using them at all due to a schedule change (and the MDE app is NOT working,so shocking) then on Monday, even though I have an unused day on my ticket, to go to another park, I can't make fp+ because I've used up all my fp+ allotments. (note, schedule change, didn't use the previous day at all) This leaves no room for a sick kid, a schedule change, adding an extra day easily......and before anyone jumps on the defense bandwagon, yes, I did attempt multiple times to change/cancel/adjust those fp+ choices. The app was nutso- we finally gave up,and life was fine. It is just NOT worth all the time with my nose stuck to my cellphone trying to figure out what we are doing, while walking by all the sights and sounds I'm there to actally experience..... So that's one more for the 'dislike' side. It's a pretty crappy setup overall. There are a few actual pluses to it, but not enough to outweigh the problems. (I liked that on the 3-4 days when we used it without any alterations, it was easy to get a ride on an otherwise busy line, but that was doable under the paper fp system, and much easier.) sigh.
