If you are NOT staying on-site and you buy the express pass plus, it allows you FOTL once on each ride.

If you ARE staying on-site, does it allow you FOTL only once or can you go multiple times?

When staying onsite you have unlimited fotl.

when you purchase the pass when staying offsite, you are technically only supposed to be using it once on each ride. The CMs are supposed to be scanning them, some do, some don't. So, if it's not scanned, you can use it more then once on each ride - but if they don't scan it, you can use it again until they scan it....

i have never seen the tm's NOT scan or initial the ep.

On my recent trip, only once did they initial my UXP. No scanners in use. Now, I have to say that the lines were very small for the most part. Still, this saved us time in riding a couple of rides twice.
