I've read numerous threads regarding proof of residency as well as the official statement on Disney's website, but haven't really found an exact answer to my issue.
My DS, SO, and I will be moving down to FL next month and staying with my family while we get settled (so no documents of mortgage/cable/etc to bring). I just changed our addresses over, but I will not have a new statement from our bank for the date we plan on going to WDW. What we will definitely have is credit card statements, cell phone bills, as well as checks with our new address. Will those items be sufficient? Or is it going to depend on the CM since it seems to be a bit of a grey area from what I've read.

Thanks!

Nope it's not "gray" at all.

Here's the info: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/florida-residents/validation-requirements/

Proof of a Florida residential address is required. For each adult ticket purchased, you may provide any of the following:

Valid Florida driver's license
Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
Valid Florida-based military ID

The persons who will use the Florida Resident adult tickets must be present at the time of ticket pick up. If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each adult ticket purchased you must provide one of the following dated within the last two months and evidencing a Florida residential address together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):

Monthly mortgage statement
Florida vehicle registration or title
Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
Automobile insurance policy or bill
Utility bill
Mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement
Mail from a Federal, State, County or City government agency

Bills can be no more than two (2) months old. PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency. Current bills printed from electronic versions are acceptable, though photocopies and fax copies are not.

A cell phone bill with your name and a Florida address should count as a "utility bill." If you have a letter from your bank that came with the checks with your name and a Florida address, that should work too. Bring those along with a driver's license from your previous state or a passport.

I just print off a statement from the internet with the address and use that.

So I use my out of state DL and my FL bank info from the internet.

My husband tried to get his annual pass without a Fl drivers license. We found they were strict on their requirements. They wouldn't accept a cable bill, home phone and Internet bill as a utility, so I doubt they will accept a cell phone bill. They stated a utility is only power, gas or water. And they won't accept a Bank of America credit card bill, as it wasn't a bank statement. He even asked for a manager and was denied with those items. So it may depend on the person you get, but in our experience, no, the items you have won't work. I came down a few weeks after him so I had a bank statement and water bill by then, and had no problems getting my sons and my AP.

You could just go to the DMV and get a Fl driver's license, you'll get it the same day.

I called our bank and had them email me a letter that included our new address and some official account info or something. They accepted that. I just printed it and showed it to them. Although I did have to remind him that electronic documents and stuff printed from home ate acceptable per what it says online under requirements

you can just print off an electronic statement from your bank or whatever its pretty easy

Just wanted to thank everyone for their help!! I went ahead and talked to someone with my bank and they're going to reissue my most recent statement and mail it to the new address, so that should (hopefully) be all I need. And at least it's much less paper work to have to pack up with us.

Thanks again!
