Another filling out my docs question....

Ok, I'm finally filling out the docs (we sail Sunday) and I have a question.

I'm filling out my DDs and DSs docs now and I am wondering how to handle the Payment Authorization Form ? Do I just leave it blank for them or am I required to fill in a credit card number?

I know their KTTW cards will work anyway unless we de-activiate them I just didn't know if I needed to fill out that form for them.

Unless you plan on having different people charge to different credit cards, you only need to turn in one per stateroom.

Oh cool! Great to know. I just pictured us standing at the check in line and having them tell me that I had left pages blank and had to fill them out right there and hold everything up.

Now another question...on the Bahamas Immigration form how should I sign for the kids. I was thinking : John Smith by Susan Smith (mother). Will this work? I mean, the kids are capable of signing ( 6 & 9) but I just want to get it done.

Sonya, for the immigration form I just sign "(my name) for (child's name)". That's fine for minor children.
