Another F&G Question

I know F&G doesn't officially start until 4/16 but I am wondering if the topiaries tend to go out early? I need to leave by the 10th and was hoping to catch a glimpse of something.

They might go out early, but chances are it won't be THAT early. It'd be a day or two, not a full week.

You will, however, notice a measurable difference in the number and variety of flowers throughout the parks by the time you have to leave. Flower beds will be noticeably fuller, fresher, and more colorful.
