I purchased 2 outfit/costumes for my daughters to wear to a party on Saturday. I knew I needed them ASAP, so I paid an extra $35 (above the "regular" shipping cost) to have them sent International Express Mail from Hong Kong.
They arrived today, however the skirts are exactly the same length!
One is for a 2 year old and one is for a 6 year old and I ordered the appropriate sizes, but the one that is supposed to be 12" in length is more like 9"....way too short for my 6 year old.
I emailed the seller, but because of the time difference, I don't expect to hear from him for awhile. In the meantime, DD can't wear the skirt to the party
and I'm out a lot of money I spent to get them here on time.
So what would be a reasonable solution? I assume he will offer to send me skirt in the right size, but do you think he should refund me the express shipping cost, too since there's no way I'll have them by Saturday? And should I take it up directly with him, or should I file a complaint with PayPal?
Thanks!
