another dumb ticket question

I am seriously thinking of buying tickets at the Disney Store.

We want 7 day tickets with hopper and the Water Parks & more options. They dont offer that combination at the store. You can get one or the other, hopper or water parks. Is it a big deal to upgrade once we arrive, will the price be the same as if we bought it online from Disney with both options already included?

Poeple have recommended a couple online ticket places, but I want to buy one ticket each week, as I have the money. I dont want to do it all at once, so that would end up being a pain. I can run to the Disney store and just buy one, no big deal.

Please let me know what you suggest.

I have always purchased my tickets from Ticketmania one at a time, not a pain at all. Having to upgrade your tickets once you arrive might be more of a pain, plus it might cost you more. JMO

At our Disney store they had the one with both, they called it a "premium ticket". Not all of the employees seemed to know what they were doing though, I guess they don't sell a lot of tickets. We ended up buying a 7 day with just the park hopping, and it was $251.34 w/ tax for 1 Adult and kids were $214.07. I don't think it was any cheaper. I didn't have to worry about shipping though! We really didn't have time to wait on them to arrive here, and I didn't want to have to pick them up at Will Call. Try asking one of the employees, maybe they'd know (or ask a different employee.) If you have time, you may want to order them off the internet, it may be cheaper.

They quoted me a price for that "premium" ticket (i've never heard it called that, but it was listed in my passporter), but I don't remember what it was. We simply decided we didn't want water parks. The premium ticket was not on the brochure, but it was in their book with the ticket prices and UPC/ how they ring them up.

Plus, if you purchase your tickets from any authorized online company, you can get the options YOU want. No worries about upgrading once you get to Disney World.
