Another dress question.

Except it's only black andwhite, no yellow and it's not plus size. I was hoping to pair it with some flats and a cardigan.
Too semi-formal or no?

Oh, it's very cute. It's a rather casual dress. I wouldn't classify it as semi-formal.

Peep toe flats would be cute. And a black cardigan (they have these shorter cardigans at Old Navy that would look good over a sundress... I'm wearing a black one right now ).

If you wanted to dress it up, then peep toe pumps.

Also, a long black plastic beaded necklace would look cute and possibly dress it down a little.

Cute! Be sure to wear nice jewelry and instead of flats where some black strappy sandals that have somewhat of a heel. That way it'll look more semi-formal.

haha that's the problem - i can't wear heels. my ortho def doesn't want me on heels with my knee right now.
