***SIGH***
Where to begin. So I ordered the Tink Tree Topper in October. Got her at a reasonable price. She arrived with one of her wings broken off. I was sad, but was feeling good about the other items that had arrived since they were gifts and all arrived in one piece.
So I sent my tree topper back. Paid my own shipping. I made note that I wanted it exchanged.
About 8 days later I am speaking with my DH about when he thinks it will arrive. He tells me we had a credit from disneyshopping. I was slightly upset, but quickly remembered that the website was having a sale. I look online and see my Tink Tree Topper at a very cheap price. I order her.
She came today. Guess what...her wing is broken!!!
I am so upset now. I refuse to pay shipping charges AGAIN!
Please help me with this. I am afraid I am not thinking too clearly right now due to my frustration. What are my options? What would you do?
Thank you everyone!

I hope you get everything resolved soon.
I know what you mean, though...it is very frustrating, especially when you're concerned that the item may sell out. It really seems like Disney would package their items (esp. breakables) more carefully. The plates really weren't cushioned well at all. The first time there were two broken plates, the Queen of Hearts and the Caterpillar. The second time it was just the Caterpillar (my favorite character besides the Cheshire Cat. Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers for you...hope you get her intact this time! Happy holidays!
