Another Dining Plan Question

Staying at BLT in Feb. I understand that I can order the dining plan up to 48 hours before check in so I have plenty of time to decide if I want it. Can I still make my reservations at 90 days with out having the dining plan ordered.
This site is awesome by the way. My DW makes fun of me for looking at it but I have learned a ton!

Remember that as of October 27th you will now be able to make your ADR's 180 days in advance. So it is changing from 90 days to 180 days in advance. Anyone can make ADR's within these guidelines, you do not have to have a resort reservation when you do.
