Another ding question

I have ding on my computer and I see that there is a great fare for my area and times based on the thread about ding fares to orlando, but my computer still says no messages to display-stay tuned for new messages. I know it will adventually kick in but the wait is driving me crazy. Is there anyway to get the ding to pop up. Sometimes it takes a while after I have turned the computer on. Thanks!!
