Have you tried without the 2 letters? just using the 12 numbers?

Just though I would give you an update, VH have replied and given me a reservation number !! 2 letters and the 12 digits. As per the previous poster this did not work. however if I drop the first 2 letters and just use the 12 digits it works !!! Yay.

I know I expected them to refer me back to Thomas cook. Only sent it on Sat 16/1 got reply this morning, so pleased with the service.
