Another conceirge question

Hi everyone. I am staying at the AKV conceirge level in a studio in May. I contacted the conceirge staff to book a sunrise safari prior to the 180 day period. They said that they would put it in the book for me so that it would be booked at 180 days. Well, I am well past 180 days and I am wondering if I am going to get any confirmation of the safari. Any ideas?
