Comcast reached out to Steve Jobs and his Pixar Animation Studios last week to gauge their reaction and support. If Comcast is able to win the public backing of Jobs and the studio behind animated blockbusters such as Finding Nemo, it could swing Wall Street's support in its direction — and possibly drive a wedge between Eisner and his board.

I read somewhere that Bill Gates owns a huge amount of Comcast stock. If that is true, then I imagine Pixar might be running from that deal!
