Another clippie...........

I am so excited, I am down 11 lbs. I hope this feeling of I can do it will last!! I don't want to start eating again and gaining. I usually don't make it this long without falling off the wagon I have cheated a few times and usually when I do that I don't stop for days or weeks, but this time I have gotten right back on track.


Going back to curves on Monday!!

I know what you mean about being afraid of going back to old habits. I'm afraid of the same thing. My husband has been real supportive and I've found that everyone on this board are truly inspiring. Just keep in mind that you have and are doing it and that no matter how many times you fall off the wagon, you can get right back on.

Great job on the 11lbs. lost!

Oh scrappinMickey that is just terrific!!! 11 pounds is GREAT, and I'm really impressed with your attitude! You know exactly what's important--realizing that "falling of the wagon" happens to us all, and that by acknowledging it, not getting discouraged, and just picking yourself up and moving on is the only way to achieving success! You're a terrific example of dedication and motivation! Congratulations on doing such an awesome job!

Way to go Scrapp......11 pounds gone is wonderful. I am so happy for you. Keep up the good work and let us know how you are doing. It helps to know those 1 & 2 lbs a week can really add up to an accomplishment. THANKS!
