Another character warehouse besides belz outlet?

We are driving this year and I thought I had seen something about another character warehouse in another outlet mall besides belz. We'll be driving from the north and if there is another outlet mall, location information would be very helpful. Also, does anyone else know of a birkenstock outlet besides the one at belz?

There is a Character Premier at the Premium Outlet near the Crossroads.

We liked the Premier Outlets much better than Belz. It's much easier to get to and there was a great selection of clearance and new merchandise. Got great deals on pins, t-shirts, etc...I bought most of my souveniers there this past Thanksgiving. It's off exit 26---you can't miss it. There's also a Warner Bros. outlet there---very little to choose from though.
