Another Character Breakfast Question

DW and I and 4 18 year old boys are going to the world end of April. The boys stated that they would like to go to a character meal, I guess they're not "too cool" for this sort of thing anymore. We're interested in Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto. We've been to Chef Mickey's and liked it, but are there any others? Thought I read of one at the Poly, or BC?

Any thoughts?

at ohanas at the poly they have mickey, chip, dale, & goofy! and the food sounds pretty good too!

We did the one at 'Ohana, also. Food was good, and Mickey was there. But for four older boys, I'd say Breakfastosarus (sp?) in Animal Kingdom would probably be fun. Mickey is there too, along with Donald Duck. Premise is its a school for paleontologists, and the waiters are the students, etc.

I believe Chef Mickey's is the only place you'll find all four characters that you listed, and if I'm not mistaken Minnie isn't always there.

Cape May at the BC sounds like it would be a good choice for your group; it's more laid-back than some of the other character meals, and lots of fun with the characters in their beach attire. You won't find Mickey there though. It's Goofy, Chip & Dale, and usually Minnie, although I think I've read reports of times that Minnie wasn't there.

Liberty Tree Taven in the MK is another fun, more laid-back character meal, and it's the one place you're sure to find Minnie as well as Goofy. But Mickey isn't there, and I don't believe Pluto is either.

'Ohana sounds like fun character meal, and like the others I've just listed, doesn't get the throngs of younger children that you'll find at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace. However, you also won't see Minnie.

I hope this information helps you decide on a character meal. Whichever one you choose, I'm sure you will all have a great time!

Happy planning.

Thanks everybody. Think we'll be leaning more towards Ohana, since we've been to CM's. Any excuse to go to the Poly :teeth: . Another question, is it a breakfast or a brunch?

Thanks again.

Donald's Breakfastsaurus has Mickey, Goofy, Pluto and of course Donald.

It's breakfast and we loved it! If I recall correctly, we were served (it's all-you-care-to-eat, served on a large platter - they bring more of whatever you ask for.) scrambles eggs, sausage, bacon, some delicious "island" potatoes, Mickey waffles and sweet pineapple bread. We were so full, we didn't ask for more of anything!

Ask for a table by the windows and you'll have a beautiful view of the castle over the trees!
