Another cashduck question

I have signed up with BMG through Cashduck. I FINALLY got my accaptance e-mail from them. On the signup page with the link on Cashduck I have to copy and paste a copy of my accaptance e-mail...that is done. But it also asks for the Login ID.

Am I supposed to put my Cashduck login ID, or do I use the e-mail ID I used for BMG. I am confused and I want to make sure I get this right because it is a $22 credit that I don't want to lose...I have lost a few from them already.

Anyone know the answer and can help me with this? Thanks!

For that offer I put in the email address that I used to signup with BMG. It credited very shortly after (although I submitted it about a week after I was accepted by BMG.)
