Just arrived home from bowling, awake up!

What was exciting and new this week for you?

Hmm....... nothing really this week, but last week I quit my job. LOL (long story)

ok, so that means you have plans for your next job, right?...what did you do , what do you want to do?

No, no real plans for the next job. I was a liability adjuster for an insurance co. I'm planning on going back to school.

To make a long story short, they were going to fire me anyways because of my dependability. DH is in the military and gets deployed alot. My job does not like that because I work nights but when DH deploys I need to work days (daycare issue) and the job will not have it. So it was either quit or get fired basically.

Well I took a few days off and went to NYC this week. Saw Chicago and Wicked. Both very good. Piles of work when I returned. Then my sis-in-law had a baby today. And now I have a cold and don't feel well at all.

No, I was actually pretty bad but since I have such a high handicap they keep me around. I did win the mystery pot which means they out of a bucket of numbers they pull the number that I bowled (97! horrible!) and worth $80!!!!

We won 1 game lost 2 and lost series. oh well I say.

yea, I figure if the job can't work w/ me while dh is gone fighting a war then i don't want to work for a company like that...


I've already decided I need to go back to school. No if's and or but's about it.. LOL... Right now I have a 2yr in general so probably just try to get a BA in business or something....

Hey $80 is a good thing! I'm not a good bowler but it's lots of fun.

Chicago was awesome! I actually saw it in Chicago at the Shubert last year and liked it so much I wanted to take DD16 to see it in NYC. Wayne Brady is currently playing Billy Flynn... he was very good.

Baby was born by c-section (breech) at 12:30 today. Baby William weighed 8 lbs 7 ozs, 21 in long. Their first child... and we haven't had a baby in the family in 12+ years so he's sure to be spoiled. Feel bad that I can't go see the baby because I'm sick. I'm the only one not there.

I used to be much better but then I bought my own ball and now I actually need to know how to throw it. Here all these years I thought you just threw the ball and hoped for the best.

I am the worst on my team but they keep me around. I sooooo look forward to my Friday nights and enjoy myself.

Congrats on the baby!!! You may not be able to see him now but you have a lifetime ahead of you.

Please don't fret, you have many, many years to play catch up and that is when it becomes really, really fun...Face it, how many newborns enjoy their gifts??? how many 3 or 4 yr olds enjoy their gifts.... the fun is yet to come!!!!!!
