Another BOG ADR question - early or late breakfast?

12/19 8:20 am BOG ADR or
12/19 10:20 am BOG ADR

Originally, I had the 8:20 AM ADR as a PPO, as published opening time is 9 am for 12/19. Thought was, get to BOG at 8 am, eat, hit first ride at or just before 9 am opening. I was super excited for the PPO ADR!

But alas, now I am reading that historically this week before Christmas opening hours are pushed earlier, usually 8 am. So now my PPO ADR is no longer a PPO ADR, but instead a prime-ride-time killer.

So today I was able to snag a 10:20 am ADR...thinking we can ride for a couple of hours and grab a late lunch. BUT...then I see BOG ends breakfast at 10:30 am, and lunch doesn't start till 11 am. So now I'm confused. Will we really only have 10 min to eat breakfast?

What would you do?

Assuming opening hour changes to 8 am:
Keep the 10:20, get there a bit early and eat breakfast?
or...
Keep the 10:20, get there a bit later (is there a grace period for after?), and hold off for lunch? Is this even allowed?
or...
just keep the 8:20 am?

I would not keep the 8:20. I would keep the 10:20 and just arrive on time. I would order breakfast because I would want to order ahead and I assume you would not be able to order lunch.

In the mean time I would consider looking for something a little later if you prefer the lunch menu.

I have the same issue on the same day. I woke up this morning and saw the hours changed and they now open at 8am.

I'm not sure which ADR to keep. We have an 8AM, 9AM and 12:45 lunch one. We prefer breakfast but that first hour we could knock out a lot of rides.
