Just got off the phone from MS and booked my daughter's surprise 13th birthday trip! 
I had hoped for a Standard View Studio at BWV, but knew it might be tough at 7 months. Yeah, I had to waitlist that. BUT, I did get a BCV Studio and for that I am super excited. It's 15 more points than BWV, but oh well. And it's a LOT more points than when my other DD had her trip at OKW, but come on...it's the Beach Club!! We'll be taking my mom again and she will be very happy with the proximity to Epcot. Yeah!!
Oh and I had certainly planned on calling at exactly 7 months, but the weekend I had my eye on in March...their school planned the spring musical that weekend. She will plan to be in that, I'm so glad we got the calendar already. So I decided on the first weekend in March, which means I missed the exact 7 month mark, making the chances at BWV even slimmer. You never know, my waitlist might come through and I could save those 15 points for later.
