Another Birth Cert Question

I am afraid my niece and newphew have "hospital" issued birth certificates. I know that someone posted a web site where a company would round up a certified copy for you, but the search is down. Does someone have that info so I can pass it on to the family? They no longer live in the state where the kids were born.

I uses Yahoo search engine and typed in my birth state and birth certificates. Example: Maryland+birth+certificate. I found Vital records for the state, Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene of Maryland and ordered from there. It is less expensive than Vitalchek.com.
