I can't accept operator error. If the switch plate was in the wrong position, then the rear train should have been locked down. Disney opened this attraction back up without everything being resolved.
The fact that the injuries were minor is pure luck. It could have been much worse.
Shut the ride down permanently. I won't be going back to DL. WDW gets my cash instead.
The first, tragic crash, was due to lack of training and improper procedures being followed for maintanence. The second was blamed on operator error. This third, during normal operations, simply cannot be explained away.
I am really upset with Disneyland Management.
