hi all,
anyone know the answer to this? If you have the best rate already booked and you have no choice and have to cancel. what is the time frame to cancel and won't be charged one nights room?

The rules of the program indicate that a non-refundable deposit of 1-night's room charge and tax must be paid at the time of booking.
