Since the Columbia Tour Pouch bags are all sold out, does anyone have another suggestion? We used a backpack last year, and I am not sure if the Baggalini is big enough. We need to put 3 auto books, pens, phones, camera(not a compact one), wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen and change of clothes for smallest child in bag. What do you all suggest? I was hoping for something more comfortable and not as cumbersome as the backpack, but I am having a hard time. I have looked at tons of picures, but can't seem to tell what will work. Any suggestions?

Every time I use something other than a backpack I am sorry... Either I don't have both hands free, which I like to have, or the weight is too heavy or one shoulder begins to ache from the uneven distribution..... I now have four different size backpacks with different configurations of pockets and compartments for different needs. I have a light lime green one for - You guessed, didn't you?
And I have my first one - for big and heavy trips to carry a bunch of stuff in in addition to my carryon when going on long trips - I traded that in for a backpack on wheels - decided pulling two carryons was better than pulling one and carrying another - and liked the backpack style much much better than a regular carryon configuration. Then I have my laptop backback. Oh, also I fogot my purse backback - don't use it anymore.... i have tried messenger bags, half backpacks, a kind of theft proof cross style purse that I used all over Europe - which I sorta like, but best of all in that circumstance I still like my small light backpack.

All in all I like backpacks because they distribute the weight better than anything else and leave my hands free and have neat pockets - some hidden some easily accessible for immediate needs.

They have Fanny Packs on sale too, one for $5.97 in yellow! ;)
